This is not the same book as the one mentioned by the moderator that moved it to the archieve section. Just the title is the same as it happens with many books in this area !!!!!

Dear Sir,
In my hamble opinion, academic books like this one, require a different treatment than the directives in which the newer one replaces the older one.
Moreover, the authors are different, and even if some information in it may be obsolete, it has the "historic" value incorporated in it.
Only if the 7th edition of 2009 was uploaded in this database, it would have been justifiable to move it to the archive section.
Yet, you are a moderator, and you know better than me what it should be done Sir.
