2.- desconecta la conexion a la internet
3.- instala el programa y sigue los pasos
4.- despues de instalado, corre los programas "Block Host" y "MX_TZ v4PRO_crack_SplahScreen" como administrador (antes de conectarte a internet)
5.- despues de hecho esto, puedes ya conectarte, espero que te sirva

Hello, is imposible that you can connect to internet, once installed the Timezero, forget the internet, you can´t use it anymore, use the chartmanager and download the area as you need with their respetive UC code. and enjoy it!

This is precisely what the blocker does, it disables all connections to the TIMEZERO server, otherwise it will detect that your license is not legal.
The conection to internet is for other purposes.

finalmente lo he conseguido, me he descargado el torrent de el otro hilo v 4.2.0.133 y con ese si que he podido a la primera, mañana con tranquilidad veo como conectar el gps y meter mapas

As long as you blocked hosts file, you may leave internet access, especially if you are using MarineTraffic API to download AIS targets on TZ. Disconnecting internet will also block MarineTraffic connection:

TZ can connect to internet for downloading MarineTraffic AIS targets, it's importnat to block your hosts file in order to restrict access to Time Zero / MaxSea servers and void your software license. I'm using below settings without any issues:
