Это означает, что порт 3 не открылся. Предлагают перезагрузиться и попробовать еще раз. А вы уверены, что ваш GPS подключен как раз на порт № 3? Еще эта надпись может означать, что у вас нету порта № 3.
Arcan, Спасибо за ответ. 1. XP - ru 2. Принято, спс 3. В Диспетчере все com-порты видны и работают нормально. Порты не видно в system configuration (что от нависэйлора). Там есть вкладка специальная. Игрался со скоростью подключения портов - результат тот же Скорее всего воспользуюсь советом про 3000 сэйлор.
