Hi
I corrected your second for sea anchorage where in
Reducción de Capacidad por PR should be 950 and reflected as per TPC
Refer to screenshots
All is good for fast calculations but having hydrostatic table is better.
If you are working on general or bulk carriers then see my post on Draft survey and trimming program. That might help you if i have your vessel in my database.

Hi.
I normally work in a city that has river ports. I've performed draught surveys with a fellow master. But lately i've been asked to estimate how much quantity can a ship load in the river and at a sea anchorage area.
Is there a way to estimate that quantity without having access to the vessels hydrostatics, maybe with the particulars.
Common information before arrival is always Deadweight tonnage, TPC, summer draft. I have the river depth, and maybe can put some estimated deductibles + constant.
I have this small excel to somewhat estimate, but want to know your opinion regarding its accuracy and maybe suggestions on how to make it better.
Btw the top box is for estimate in river, the box below is for estimation in anchorage area
