destroyerbro, As it turned out, the method with Google Sheets does not work correctly and spoils the macros in the sheet. For using zip method need to resave .xls to .xlsx first. I used 7-Zip > #.
Also you can get password by one click with this software

ive tried excel unlocker apps and tried the zip method but i didnt succeed so i didnt bother to try google.

destroyerbro, second list is not protected. Just right click on the tab and enable hidden sheet. Also you can try to import this file to Google docs to remove protection

Its not really a book, but an excel .
im looking for this but not protected i want to modify it if anyone happens to use this pls share many thanks
