but i cant dawnload my torrent to start seeding.
I notice that i cant dawnload any files now in this website.

uploader and first seeder is you. if you want no torrent - can use disk.yandex.ru or dropmefiles.com and then will share link in post/topic.

Помогите создать раздачу, пожалуйста. На видео и в инструкциях написано нажать кнопку +New Release в нужном разделе форума, но у меня кроме кнопки +New Topic ничего нет.

batd, В принципе - это не существенно. В конце, после окончания оформления вы все равно эту "галочку" поставите. Просто если вы поставили ее раньше - торрент-программа будет пытаться сидировать ваш файл, но раздать она ваш файл все равно не сможет т.к. работает с "недоработанным" торент-файлом. Поэтому, чтобы не путать вас, я и написал - убирать галку при первоначальном создании торента. Возможно из-за этой путаницы у вас первые раздачи и подвисли. В программе то они появились, но раздаться не могут...

Господа модераторы, при создании одной и той же инструкции вы противоречите друг другу.
В итоге это превращается в танцы с бубном для тех, кто с данной проблемой раньше не сталкивался.
zxc в инструкции "How to create NEW RELEASE and start SEEDING" в п.4 отмечает красным:При этом на скриншоте в соответствующем окошке галочки нет.
SerTan в инструкции "How to make a NEW TORRENT with uTorrent program." в п.5 отмечает:Кому верить?

How to rehash torrent in uTorrent
1.Right click > Advanced > Set download location..
2. Select real file and OK
3. Overwrite? NO
4. Stop torrent
5. Right click > Rehash
5. Start torrent

How to make a NEW TORRENT with uTorrent program.
1. Put the files you want to share into a folder.
2. Open uTorrent.
3. Navigate to: File -> Create new Torrent (or simply press Ctrl+N).
4. At opened window press the button "Add File" (if you would like to share just one file), or button "Add directory" (if you would like to share some files placed into a folder) and choose your content.
5. All areas with settings at that window you should leave as it is (w/o change) - that will be adjusted automaticly later. Pay attention that "Private Torrent" box is not marked! "Start seeding" box should be w/o mark as well.
6. Just press button "Create & save as..."
7. Choose the place, where you would like to save torrent file. Than press SAVE.
8. Torrent is created!
How to create NEW RELEASE and start SEEDING.
To create NEW release follow next steps:
1. Open forum, where you would like to make a new release.
2. Press the button "+ New Release" (at upper left corner of screen).
3. Fill in all boxes with info, conserning your release (Title, Year, Author, Publisher e.t.c.).
4. At the line "Torrent" you will see the button "Choose File", press it and find created early torrent file.
5. Press green button CONTINUE. You will see preliminary created Release. Check that all is right and as you wish to be.
6. If everything is OK, press button SEND (Отправить).
7. Now you need to download new torrent file of your release (it was modified by tracker). Press blue link at appeared window for that, and save modified torrent file.
8. Open modified torrent file. At window "Add New Torrent" you need to choose the place and find the file or folder to be shared (from which torrent file was created).
9. Check that tick is inserted at the box "Start torrent". Than press OK.
10. If everything was done correctly, you will see start of seeding after checking the file. A green (or blue - depend of edition of your uTorrent) arrow with apex up will appear near the name of your file/folder at uTorrent program and status SEEDING will be indicated after sown initially status QUEUED SEED.
